Pet Emergencies

We always hope and think that it will never happen to our loved ones. But what if it does? Quick and smart thinking are needed in times like these. Westside offers emergency veterinary treatment during our office hours. When you see us, you can be sure that our veterinary team will assess the situation and act accordingly to help get your animal stable and hopefully on its way to recovery.

New Client Forms

Before visiting our hospital with your pet, please fill out the following Client Information Form and bring it with you.  This will allow us to input you and your pet’s information into our client database quicker and more efficiently than normal once you enter our facility.

If you are a first time client and you have previous paperwork and medical files from a previous veterinarian, adoption agency or any other institution for your pet it would be advised that you bring these with you during your first exam at Westside.  Previous vaccination and deworming records are especially helpful so that we may establish an initial database for your pet in our system.

If you would like to fax them over to our hospital please do so by sending them to (212) 247-8611.  Please call us before you do so at (212) 247-8600 so that we may expect them and set up a new record for you at our facility.
